Group Biodynamic Breathwork Sessions @ Jupiterhaus

(Currently not scheduled) Like in other breathwork modalities such as rebirthing, holotropic breath or alchemy of breath, we work with the Conscious Connected Breath. We add Movement, Bodywork, Emotions, Sound and Active Meditations. The focus of this modality is on staying present in the body and diving deep into our Felt Sense. We also work with Pendulation, Titration and Resource and the 7 Reichian Belts to release any tensions in the body in the way of the breath flowing freely.

Group Biodynamic Breathwork Sessions in Warm Water

(Currently not scheduled) Working with the Conscious Connected Breath is a powerful way to connect with what's alive in our bodies, sensations and emotions. These Sessions take place in a Warm Water Watsu Pool (35°) in Zurich, adding not only a catalyst for the process, but also allowing the whole spine to move more freely. Sessions have limited space due to the pool size.
